With more than 200 stores located throughout Australia, New Zealand and South Africa, we are the most inspiring among Australia’s big fashion brands. We are ahead of the curve: Our fashion radar casts a global eye 24/7, providing the latest trends and accessories to make men, women and kids look – and feel – fabulous.
Whether you’re skilled in fashion, design, digital, styling/visual merchandising or planning, we can offer you a broad range of roles in a truly unique environment. We’re proud of our brand and what we achieve together. We’re a daily fashion inspiration. We’re the first and last word in style. We are Witchery.
Our Design Department consists of women’s, men’s, and children’s wear. Collectively, they’re responsible for the concepts, design, and development of our entire product range, with each and every piece reflecting the Witchery philosophy.
Our brand encompasses every facet of our business – including our philosophy and values. Our Brand Department, therefore, ensures that total uniformity is maintained across all product, marketing, PR, in-store merchandising, graphic design, retail and digital channels. In essence, they make certain that every touch-point is imbued with our Witchery DNA.
Visual Merchandising is developed under similar principles to the above. The team concepts ideas around the upcoming seasons, trends, and campaigns, with the end goal to create visually enticing window displays and product presentation throughout our stores.
MARKETING & PR
Our Marketing & PR team is responsible for determining all the above-the-line marketing and associated activities. These are aligned with our brand’s strategic initiatives and communicated to our customers through various channels, including online, social media, in store, loyalty and public relations.
Our Online team manages every aspect of our online (web) store. They’re the ‘virtual link’ to our customers, assuring they remain on top of our latest looks through digital merchandising, digital graphics and styling online store development, with web copy and web analytics behind-the-scenes.
Our Merchandising Planning team is responsible for the planning, buying, and trading of stock across the business. This involves setting a strategy that ensures each store has the correct product at the right time; a process that begins with the development of option plans provided to the design teams ahead of each season.
Ranging, pricing, quantifying, and allocating styles are also integral responsibilities. This is because the selected product mix is planned to enable the business to achieve set sales and gross profit targets.
Witchery is a vibrant hub of creativity and commerce. Our rigorous recruitment process ensures that we employ positive, enthusiastic, and professional individuals whose ability to inspire and go beyond our customers’ expectations is nothing less than exceptional.
