My Reward hasn’t loaded onto my profile, why?
Witchery Rewards can take up to 48 hours to appear on your profile. If this time has passed and your reward is still not visible on your profile, please return to your nearest store with your Witchery Loyalty card and proof of purchase and one of our our staff members will be able to assist you.
Where is my Online order?
Once you have confirmed your online order you will receive regular updates on its progress via the email address you provided when you submitted your order. When your order has been dispatched, we will send you an Australia Post tracking number. To track your order, visit Auspost. Please email our Customer Service team with your full contact details and order number if you have not received any order confirmation and the team will track your item for you.

Can you help me locate a product in store, is it still available?
All stores have the ability to locate products nationwide, for your nearest store visit our store locator. Please ensure you have the style number and size and they will be able to locate the product for you. Alternatively, please email our Customer Service team with the Style number, size and preferred state and a member of the team will reply with your options.
How can I arrange to return a product I have purchased?
Witchery strives to ensure you are satisfied. We want you to love what you've ordered. If you have any concerns about your order, your local store is best placed to serve you. Otherwise, please visit our returns section for instructions on how to return items to our warehouse for assessment and refund if applicable. If you purchased the products in store, the return must be processed in store. Please return to store with your proof of purchase within 14 days and the staff will be able to assist you further.
