Standard deliveries within Australia

You will receive your order in approximately 5-7 working days.

If a part or all of your order is on backorder you will be contacted by email with details of backorder items. Items on back order may take longer than 5-7 working days. These will be sent separately with no additional postage charges applied.

International deliveries

Countries outside of Australia will receive orders in approximately 7-14 working days.

On occasion, some shipments may take up to 3 weeks to arrive, depending on the amount of time it may take for an item to clear customs. Backorder items may take longer than 7-14 days to deliver, these will be sent separately with no additional postage charges applied.

Postal charge does not include possible taxes and duties which may be applied by customs in the country where the order originated. The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed will rest with the customer. To comply with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable "merchandise". We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a "gift", even if order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient. For further information, it may be necessary to call local customs offices to gain further details.

Goods mailed into New Zealand may be subject to import duty. Visit New Zealand Customs Service  for further information. New Zealand customers will not be charged G.S.T by witchery.com.au.

Please note: To ensure that we provide customers with the highest level of service we are currently making enhancements to our fulfillment and shipping for Witchery online orders.  During this upgrade international shipping will be available only to New Zealand, Singapore and the United Kingdom.

Sale deliveries


At Witchery, our goal is to despatch your online order within 5-7 working days. During the busy SALE period we will do everything we can to despatch your order so that it is received within 5-7 working days. In the unfortunate circumstance where an item is sold out, we will advise you promptly so you can consider an alternative item.

 

Returns and Exchanges (Returns Form)

Witchery strives to ensure you are satisfied. We want you to love what you've ordered. If something isn't right, let us know. Email us your questions or call toll free on 1800 033 465 Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.30pm (EST).

You can return full price merchandise for 'change of mind reasons' back to Witchery Online or any Witchery store within 14 days of purchase. (WitcheryMan, Witchery8fourteen and WitcheryKids product can only be returned to stores where that product is stocked.)
We are unable to offer returns on ‘sale’ items unless faulty or wrongly described. 
Returns will be accepted on any faulty merchandise within a reasonable timeframe.
A receipt is required for proof of purchase on return transactions. Within a store, we are happy to provide an exchange or gift voucher if you have changed your mind on items that are unworn and in the original condition within 14 days of purchase. 
Due to health reasons ‘change of mind’ cosmetics, earrings, underwear and swimwear are not able to be returned unless faulty or wrongly described.
Gift vouchers may only be redeemed in the country of issue and cannot be redeemed in department stores.

You may return items to Online for Refund Only.

Please note, we no longer offer an exchange service for online orders. If you wish to exchange an item, we encourage you to return your unwanted item with this form and receive a refund. To receive your new items faster, simply place a new order.

Please enclose your completed returns form with your merchandise within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Use the label provided with your order to ensure prompt delivery.

Please note there may be a delay in processing your return without a completed form.

To avoid delivery problems, we encourage sending your return back by registered post. Please allow two weeks from the day you return your package for your account to be credited. Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges.
