How to Order
STEP 1: ADDING ITEMS TO YOUR BAG
Browse through the website using Top and Left Menus to refine your product search. Click on a product image to open up the quick detail view. On most items, you have a size and/or colour options. Select the size and colour you would like to order and click on the "add to bag" button. Out of stock items will be denoted by a grey shade on the size/colour. You can also adjust the quantity, or save the item for later.
You can review the items in your shopping bag at any time by clicking "view bag" button at the top left of the page.
You can remove items by clicking on ‘x’ next to each product.
Click “checkout” when you are happy with selections and you can then change QTY and complete all delivery and payment details.
STEP 3: CHECKOUT – LOGIN, BILLING & SHIPPING DETAILS (SECURE AREA)
If you’re not already a logged in member, our checkout will prompt you to Log In or choose to checkout as a Guest.
Then enter your Billing information and select either ‘SHIP to BILLING ADDRESS’ or ‘SHIP to ALTERNATIVE ADDRESS’ to enter a different Delivery address.
Ensure you complete all fields marked with an * as they are mandatory.
Please make sure your email address is correct so we can keep you updated regarding your order.
Please note: To ensure that we provide customers with the highest level of service we are currently making enhancements to our fulfillment and shipping for Witchery online orders. During this upgrade international shipping will be available only to New Zealand, Singapore and the United Kingdom.
STEP 4: APPLY MEMBER REWARDS (IF APPLICABLE) & PAYMENT (SECURE AREA)
If you are a logged in Member, you will now be able to apply available rewards to your order. Enter the amount you wish to apply to the order and click ‘apply rewards’. Please note, you will only be able to apply the maximum value available.
Next, enter your credit card details as indicated. Please check your payment details carefully. When you are satisfied with the information please select the "confirm" button.
Please note, we only accept payment from credit cards issued within countries that we ship to.
Once you enter all details, click ‘CONTINUE’.
Review your order and when happy click ‘SUBMIT ORDER’.
Your order number will now appear. We will send you a Tax Invoice with your order details.
Order Notifications
We will update you every step of the way during fulfilment by email. This includes order confirmation, details after we have packed your order and finally, a dispatch notification.
Please note, once you have placed your order with us we are unable to amend your order prior to dispatch.

Order Check-Out Messages

Order Tracking
When your order has been dispatched, we will send you an Australia Post tracking number. To track your order go to: http://auspost.com.au/track/
Colour
Please note that colours may vary slightly from those displayed by your monitor.
Sizes
Witchery strives to ensure you are satisfied. If something isn't right, let us know, and we'll send you another colour, a new size or an entirely different style.

Garment Care
We provide care labels on all of our garments to ensure they keep their original quality. For garments that specify dry clean only, including embellished pieces and delicate fabrics, we recommend the use of a specialty dry cleaner.
Best Viewing
The Witchery website is best viewed with monitors using 1024 x 768 resolution or above.

GST/Taxes
A charge of 10% GST is included in the retail price shown.
GST/Taxes on International Orders
The total price of your order excludes 10% Australian GST.
Postal charge does not include possible taxes and duties which may be applied by customs in the country where the order originated. The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed will rest with the customer. To comply with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable "merchandise". We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a "gift", even if order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient. For further information, it may be necessary to call local customs offices to gain further details.
Goods mailed into New Zealand may be subject to import duty. Visit New Zealand Customs Service for further information. New Zealand customers will not be charged G.S.T by witchery.com.au.

All prices are shown in Australian dollars.

Conditions of Gift Certificates
- Certificate can be redeemed for merchandise only and not for cash.
- Lost, stolen or destroyed certificates will not be refunded in cash or replaced.
- Gift certificates are valid for 12 months from date of issue.
- Another certificate will be issued for under redemption.
- Gift certificates can be purchased online with $5 postage and handling.
- Gift certificates can not be redeemed in Witchery concession stores at David Jones.
- Gift certificates are in $AUD only and can not be redeemed in New Zealand stores.
- Gift certificates cannot be used as payment online.
- Rewards can not be earned when purchasing gift vouchers
