Please enclose your receipt and merchandise within 14 days of receipt of the goods, in a box and mail to:

Send the box back to us registered mail. Please allow two weeks from the day you return your package for your account to be credited. Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges.
return to any Witchery store
You can return merchandise for 'change of mind reasons' to any Witchery store within 14 days of purchase. Just bring in your receipt and the credit card you used when you ordered. Please note that faulty goods should be returned within a reasonable time frame. Find your nearest store.
